London Dry Gin

London Dry is the gin par excellence and defines a production style. It can be distilled anywhere in the world but it must necessarily contain juniper, it must not contain sweeteners in quantities exceeding 0.1 g / l of final product or added dyes and it cannot have an alcohol content below 37.5% ABV. The high-alcohol version called Navy Strength (over 50%) has a more pronounced aroma and taste, with clear and clear aromas. Finally, Cask is a gin that has been cask for a maximum of one year, and thanks to the contribution of the wood's tannins, delicate perceptions of sweet spices, more rounded notes and less pungent on the nose result.
