Distillates are the result of a distillation process of a fermented product, usually of vegetable origin, such as cereals, roots, sugar cane, tubers, fruits or wine and derivatives. The distillation produces very varied products, elegant and soft, ardent and in any case complex. Within the "spirits" there is a large and complex world, which includes Whiskeys, Grappas, Rums, Tequilas, Cognacs and many other products.
