'Rocca Rubia' by Cantina Santadi is a Carignano del Sulcis DOC, Reserve version. Obtained from grapes of the lower Sulcis, harvested manually and bred as a free sapling of foot, from sandy and clay soils. Matured in French oak barriques of 1st and 2nd passage, for about 10-12 months. Full bodied and rare softness, very long fruity and spicy finishes.
