Champagne Extra Brut Désiré Gratiot Rosé de Saignée by Gratiot & Cie is made with 74% Pinot Meunier and 26% Pinot Noir on the Charly Sur Marne estate, Municipality of Saulchery, Marne Valley. The vines have an age of 35 years. The grapes are vinified separately, 7% of which in barrels. No filtration or pressing. The aging on the yeasts lasts 4 years....
