The champagne "RSRV Cuvée Lalou" by G.H. Mumm is made only in the years in which the maison considers the quality to justify the production of this vintage, the chef de caves Didier Mariotti selects which chardonnay and pinot noir grapes from seven different Grand Crus can contribute to making the Cuvée. Each plot is worked separately, to then be left to mature in cask for a total of 10 years. Thus, an elegant and complex Brut is born, in which the aromatic nose is elegant, a prelude to a precise and sharp sip, always incisive. One bottle for special evenings.

The Maison G.H. Mumm was officially born in 1827 with the opening of a branch in Reims by the Mumm brothers even though it has much older roots, given that the history of the family's progenitor, Peter Arnold Mumm, originated in 1761 in Cologne. Today G.H. Mumm has 218 hectares of which 160 are classified as Grand Crus, the best terroirs of the Champagne region. and in particular from eight historic villages: Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Verzy, Verzenay, Mailly, Avize and Cramant. In 1920 René Lalou became a member of the Board of Directors of the Maison Mumm. A far-sighted personality, Lalou places quality and territory at the center of the company's development. In its continuous search for consistency in quality, Mumm has introduced model practices such as the installation of presses directly in the vineyards to avoid damaging the grapes during transport. Distinguished royal families were conquered over the decades by the Champagne of this Maison and today is the official supplier of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, as attested by the Royal Warrant which adorns the neck of its bottle with the red ribbon, the Cordon Rouge, which instead celebrates the awarding of the Legion of Honor and this quality is always at the center of every step as the motto introduced by Georges Hermann Mumm "Only the best" says.
