Champagne Brut Premier Cru 'Alexandre' by Soutiran is made in the municipality of Ambonnay, in the southern part of the Montagne de Reims. The winemaking style enhances the muscular characteristics of the villages of origin: the opulence of the Ambonnay terroir is contained through the moderate use of wood and dosages. In the glass the impact is formidable, aromas of candied lemon and marzipan, peach and pear. Taste of ripe and juicy fruit, powerful and smooth, very territorial. Perfect for food pairings based on fish.

Soutiran is a small family house located in the municipality of Ambonnay, in the southern part of the Montagne de Reims. Founded in 1969, the company can now count on the guidance of Patrick and Valerie Renaux, who represent the third generation. The family owns six hectares in Ambonnay, a territory of excellence for the production of powerful and gourmand wines, and carries out a small shop job, purchasing a modest quantity of grapes from farmers, owners of vineyards classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru, operating always within the Montagne de Reims. The winemaking style enhances the muscular characteristics of the villages of origin; the opulence of the Ambonnay terroir is contained through a moderate use of wood and dosages. In the glass the impact is formidable, the wines (highly gastronomic) have a typical feature and are the epitome of an appellation that makes territorial recognition its strength. Currently the production is around 120,000 bottles.
