Extra Brut champagne 'Les Meuniers de Clemence' by Lelarge Pugeot is a Pinot Meunier in purezza. Originating from a vineyard classified as Premier Cru of the villaggi di Vrigny nelle Montagne di Reims, from agriculture under a certified organic and biodynamic regime. Questa cuvée matura sui lieviti almeno 6 anni, dopo un passaggio di 6 mesi in botti di rovere. Bouquet autunnale, from the delizioso croccante di frutta and a perennial persistence. Un sapore torboso unico, morbido, bilanciato da una buona acidità. Champagne ideal for aperitivi ricchi e sfiziosi, cene prelibate a base di pesce, Sushi e Sashimi.
