Champagne Brut Millesimé by V. Delagarde comes from vines with an average age of 40 years from 5 traditional villages located from the Ardre valley to the Monts de Reims. The manual harvesting of optimally ripe grapes is rigorously sorted in the vineyard, to seek a natural degree of flowering aromas in the semi-late harvests. For this cuvée of 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir only vintage wines are used. Aging in the cellar for 9 years. Fresh and complex champagne, with hints of yellow fruits and citrus fruits, hints of yeast and brioches, followed by notes of white flowers, and a spicy finish of white pepper and vaglia with honeyed notes. Fine, balanced and persistent. Limited production.

V. Delagarde maison was born from two families, Delagarde and Delozanne, passionate winemakers for six generations. Located 7 km from each other, between the Monts de Reims and the Vallée de l'Ardre. Today the vineyards extend over six villages for 15 hectares and are made up of Pinot Meunier (74%) with fruity and delicious aromas, Chardonnay (12.5%) which brings finesse and elegance and Pinot Noir (13.5%) all body and the power of Champagne. The soils are predominantly clayey-limestone, exposed to the south-west. The production is pressed, vinified and aged on the estate in the Ardre valley. Decidedly committed to thoughtful and sustainable viticulture. Parcel vinification allows you to appreciate all the richness of the two terroirs and thus enhance their characteristics. The wines mature for 3 to 10 years before being marketed mainly in France, Europe, but also worldwide as far as Japan or South Korea.
