Halfway between Reims and Epernay, the capital of Champagne, the Maison Fabrice Moreau is located in Marfaux in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Natural Park, more precisely in the Ardre Valley, which offers excellent conditions for the cultivation of the three vines of Champagne. Their vineyard is spread over 23 plots, almost all located in the town of Marfaux, the vines are planted on the southern slope of the hill and each one bears its own name, often evocative such as «Les Gotte d'oro». The majority of the historic grape variety grown in their terroir is Pinot Meunier, prized for its fruity, rich flavor that is the basis of their cuvées. They also grow Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which allow them to offer a varied range of Champagne.
Champagne Fabrice Moreau is the result of the work and involvement of an entire family. Adrien Moreau has continued the business since 2018 respecting the values he has received and relying on his previous professional experiences, with the aim of progressively evolving the family business. The implementations of innovative, more environmentally friendly viticultural practices as well as optimal winemaking techniques are his priorities as the new generation of this historic Champagne producing family.
Respect for the environment is the priority for the production of this maison Certified with High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne follows the "living soils" approach to minimize the carbon impact of its company.
