Champagne Brut Selection by Roger Barnier is the non-vintage cuvée of this mason. The wine was born in Sézanne in the Marne valley. Blending of 58% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir and 32% Pinot Meunier. The red berry reserve wines are kept in steel while the Chardonnay is kept in barriques. Minimum 24 months of stay on the lees and at least 4 months of rest after dégorgement. Hints of apple, light vegetal notes, fruity and fresh finish with remarkable aromatic persistence. Good mineral percentage given by Chardonnay, but softened with aging. Fresh and elegant, excellent as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to the whole meal with delicate dishes.
