Champagne Brut Grand Cru 'So Dark' 2016 (750 ml.) De Saint Gall

Champagne 'So Dark' by De Saint Gall is a cuvée of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay from Grand Cru' plots of the Côte des Blancs. A complex and elegant blanc de noirs. It rests for approximately 72 months on the lees before disgorging. A Champagne that explodes with aromas of tulip flowers, orange peel, lemon, toasted almond and subtle earthy notes of mushrooms, before evolving into smoky notes of white tobacco and toasted nuts. Fresh and persistent, it is a Champagne capable of remaining etched in the memory. It will naturally have a special place on the table, served during aperitifs or gourmet dishes of white meat, fish and shellfish.
