Gin 'Pacific Ocean Water' byi Etsu is a Japanese gin distilled in Hokkaido where fresh water from the mountain spring and seawater from the Sea of Japan are added to carefully selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, orange peel bitters, licorice root, angelica and coriander to produce a unique gin, which captures the Japanese coastline in a bottle. various Japanese botanicals are used (berries, peppers, tea and fresh citrus fruits from the Japanese islands) including Yuzu which is a small Japanese citrus fruit that is particularly fragrant and with a persistent taste.
