Barolo 'Briccolina' by Enrico Serafino is known for being a cru of great complexity and takes its name from the top of the hill on which it is located. Full-bodied, austere and powerful Barolo, the result of a sustainable production process. The aging process in wood lasts for 28 months in medium-sized oak barrels (2400 liters). Wide, multifaceted, dry, full-bodied, elegant, harmonious, rich in fine tannins and a pleasant and long finish.

Enrico Serafino winery was founded in 1878 in Canale d'Alba, in the heart of the Roero. Founded by Enrico Serafino, businessman and landowner, the winery soon became one of the most important of Piedmont and among the first to spread the classic Piedmontese wines throughout Italy and abroad. In addition to the classic wines of the area, first of all Roero Arneis and Barbera, the company produces large Barolo and Barbaresco from grapes coming from the neighboring Langhe, noble and elegant wines, where the Nebbiolo grape variety best expresses its characteristics.
