Valpolicella Classic Superior by Clementi is harvested by hand and vinified in October. The valley of Marano, in which the company is located, is located in the center of the classic Valpolicella, considered the most historic and voked area for cultivation. Since 2017, the family adheres to the 'RRR' protocol with actions that aim at a complete eco-sustainability, which safeguards the environment maintaining integrates the quality of the grapes and wine. Blend of 65% Corvina and Corvinone, 30% Rondinella, 5% Molinara. Rest in second passage oak barriques for at least a year. Pietro Clementi was passionate about the wine as a boy while he was with his grandparents on their farm in Illasi, east of Verona, during the Second World War.
