'Bricco del Falco' by Isolabella della Croce is an excellent pure Pinot Noir. It was born in Loazzolo, in Monferrato, where the altitude, the exposure, the temperature range, the lean and calcareous soils and the climatic conditions make it possible to fully enhance the characteristics of Pinot Noir. Manual harvest when fully ripe. After the first fermentation, the must is drawn off and partly transferred to the Vinooxygen vat where it will remain until refinement, while the other part will go into steel and then transferred to barriques and tonneaux. Delicate fruity, floral and spicy notes. Great delicacy and taste elegance made of a perfect balance between the vivacity of the tannin and the acidity offset by the warm note of alcohol and the almond finish.
