Pinot Noir by Cloudy Bay represents the style of the winery with great precision. Elegant, soft and fragrant red wine, produced in New Zealand in Marlborough, comes from a very careful selection of plots, including the Mustang and Barracks vineyards. It is the result of an embrace between the land and the sea, protected from the sun and the wind. It is a silky, graceful and intriguing Pinot Noir. The refinement takes place in French oak barrels with a duration of approximately 12 months. The scent is reminiscent of red fruit, black cherry, violet and sweet spices. The taste on the palate is tense, velvety, concentrated and spicy, combining verticality and softness, in a body with good structure and marked by red fruit. It's an elegant taste of Pinot Noir from the southern hemisphere.

The Cloudy Bay estate in New Zealand produces exceptional wines that reflect the terroir of origin. For over 30 years the estate has been a protagonist of the international wine market. Created in 1985 by David Hohnen, founder of the Cape Mentelle estate in Australia, the Cloudy Bay vineyards extend to the mouth of the bay of the same name in New Zealand. Located between the Pacific Ocean and the Richmond Range mountains, this piece of land offers a truly extraordinary landscape. Cloudy Bay, one of the first estates in the Marlborough region, has contributed enormously to making New Zealand one of the most important wine producing areas of the "New World". The sense of detail is a crucial strength for the estate and is one of the values that have contributed to the exceptional nature of its wines. In the production process Cloudy Bay takes into consideration a variety of aspects, not least the environmental impact. This is why sustainable development has always played a fundamental role within the company. Cloudy Bay is firmly committed to implementing good environmental practices in the management of its wine business and in the cultivation of its vineyards, for a production that is both integrated and unique.
