Taurasi by Bellaria is a red wine with great structure, obtained from the vinification of 100% Aglianico grapes, coming from the vineyards of Paternopoli and Montemiletto, in the heart of Irpinia, one of the few areas authorized for the cultivation of Aglianico. Controlled temperature fermentation, malolactic fermentation and aging for 18 months in 225lt French oak barriques. After a four-year journey, the Aglianico grapes fully acquire the characteristics of Taurasi. Bouquet of excellent persistence, with aromas ranging from ripe red fruit to spices with hints of toasting and balsamicity. When tasted it is fruity, and is completed with delicious notes of vanilla, licorice and chocolate. Perfect with red meats, mature cheeses.
