Pinot Noir by Elfenberg is made from pure native grapes, whose vines are trained in espalier on morainic and detrital limestone soils at a height of 500 meters above sea level, in Alto Adige. The result of careful and precise processing as in the style of this winery, this South Tyrolean red is aged for six months before being bottled. It has an intense ruby red color. The bouquet is elegant and fruity with red berries and strawberry with slightly aromatic notes, fresh and captivating. When tasted it is velvety and elegant, balanced and aromatic, the soft tannins and pleasant acidity leave a persistent and intense aftertaste.
