Chambolle-Musigny by Domaine Roblot Marchand is a pure Pinot Noir coming from one of the most suitable parcels of the famous AOC of Burgundy. The Domaine has its roots in a historic family tradition founded in 1910. In the vineyard, maximum respect for nature and the vitality of the soil, limiting human intervention to the bare minimum. In the cellar, aging for 16-18 months in French oak barriques, partly new. Inebriating aroma, sparkling, clear and defined. Stunning nose for aromatic intensity, of oriental spices, blood orange, wisteria, lavender and raspberry, for a profile of extraordinary definition. Elegant sip, with caressing tactility and a truly irresistible juicy flavour, which recommends pairing it with a tasty dish.

Domaine Roblot Marchand is located in Burgundy, to be precise in Chambolle-Musigny, in one of the most prestigious areas of the Côte d'Or. Frédéric Roblot is the heir of a family of vignerons who have been cultivating vines in these lands since the beginning of the 20th century. He has abandoned the practice of past generations of selling grapes or wines to other producers, to begin bottling the domaine's wines directly under his own name. Thanks to his passion and love for the land, he has been able to maintain an artisanal approach, which allows him to create labels with an authentic face, a true expression of a great terroir. Bottles that have the advantage of being able to be drunk immediately with great pleasure, but which age very well, at least for ten years or more.
The property covers a total of eight hectares, divided into various parcels, which are located in the prestigious and famous areas of: Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée and Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. Territories linked to a thousand-year history, which from the Roman colonization of Gaul, passing through the medieval era of monasteries, have always kept the tradition of viticulture alive. The region enjoys ideal conditions for vines, with splendid sun-kissed hillside exposures and a cool, breezy climate, particularly suitable for noble grapes such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is in this region that the two vines are able to express themselves at the highest levels, giving wines that for centuries have been considered among the best excellences in the world.
The range of Roblot Marchand wines offers interesting expressions of the Burgundy territory. Chambolle-Musigny, home of the domaine, is located in the heart of the Côtes de Nuits. It is a small village, once the seat of the Cîteaux Abbey, with vineyards cultivated at an altitude between 250 and 300 meters above sea level, with east-facing exposure and predominantly calcareous soils with the presence of clays. Its wines stand out for their intensity and longevity. Vosne-Romanée represents the jewel in the crown of the Côtes de Nuits territory, with some of the best expressions of Pinot Noir ever. The presence of soils composed of limestone and clayey marl gives the wines a rich, velvety and elegant face, with silky tannins. Finally, Domaine Roblot Marchand also produces excellent labels of the Appellation Hautes Côtes de Nuits, which, especially in the warmer vintages, expresses wines with an excellent quality-price ratio.
