The 'No. 3' by Bressan is the result of the union of the international Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir and the native Schioppettino grape. The result is a complex product, with good complexity and great freshness. After the long maceration on the skins, it spends approximately 20 days of refinement in barriques and approximately 12 months in large barrels. Before marketing, a further period of 15 months of bottle refinement. Bouquet articulated by hints of blackberry and berries, together with earthy and green notes. Good structure and consistency, prominent acidity and well-integrated tannin. The finish is dry and slightly spicy. An expressive and frank wine.

Fulvio Bressan is a non-conformist Friulian winemaker who categorically rejects those passing and homogenizing fashions that the wine world is full of, proudly following a niche production vision, aimed at offering the truest wine event in the Isonzo area. The ancient winemaking roots of the Bressan family date back to the 18th century while the success in recent times is due to Fulvio L. Bressan, ninth generation of "master winemakers" and current owner, who had the merit of running the Farra d' winery Isonzo to definitive consecration on a global level. For the logo of the estate, the Bressans took up the family coat of arms, in which the ansata cross stands in the centre.
Within the approximately 20 hectares of vineyards owned, on land made up of layers of gravel lying on clay and sandstone marl, Fulvio Bressan breeds native and international varieties such as Friulano, Verduzzo, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana, Schioppettino, Pignolo, Moscato Rosa, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. The plants are grown according to truly sustainable and conscientious viticulture, which excludes the use of synthetic chemicals and involves the manual execution of agronomic operations, respecting the natural cycle of the vine. The harvest is carried out only when the grapes have reached full ripeness and is followed by spontaneous alcoholic fermentation of the musts in stainless steel tanks, in contact with the skins also for white grapes. The wine containers used for refinement include stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels of different capacities and types, where the wines remain to mature for a long time on the fine lees until bottling, which is carried out without any prior filtration.
The wines of the Bressan winery represent true jewels of Friulian artisan viticulture, endowed with an exemplary typicality resulting from a consolidated peasant culture. From orange wines to red wines, passing through the peculiar 'Rosantico', Fulvio Bressan's labels are configured as unique expressions that reflect the strong personality of their creator.
