Ron Gran Reserva 10 Years by Eminente is a fine Cuban rum with deep toasted sensations, a tailor-made product created by Cesar Martì, one of the youngest 'maestro ronero' in the world. It is produced from a base of 80% fine sugar cane molasses spirit, distilled at 75% and aged for 10 years in wooden barrels. Then combined with 20% light rum, aged for 10 years, and the blend is finished for 3 months in small French oak barrels. A broad and rich aromatic spectrum accompanied on the palate by a marked freshness, which supports the full structure and soft body in a very long-lasting finish on notes of dried apricot, sandalwood, hazelnut and Sichuan pepper.

Conceived by César Martí, the youngest Cuban Maestro Ronero, Eminente was born from a collaboration between Moët Hennessy and Cuba Ron; the bottle - in recycled glass - clearly recalls the shapes of a crocodile and is intended to be a tribute to the Cuban crocodile, an endemic, mysterious and highly revered species, which embodies, better than anything else, the Cuban soul. César Martí is one of the ten Maestros Roneros on the island; grew up among sugar cane fields, he learned the trade from his grandparents and his maternal family and, very soon, he chose to devote himself completely to the study, transmission and evolution of Cuban know-how, in order to produce exceptional Rums . Indeed, after completing his studies in physics and engineering, César Martí achieved, in just nine years, the prestigious status of the youngest Maestro Ronero in the country. With Eminente César Martí he wanted to combine the best of Rum produced in Havana - western style - with the best of Rum produced on the other side of the island - oriental style -; Eminente, in fact, born in the central part of the island, is a rum with a perfect balance, which combines freshness and vigor, sweetness and complexity. Drawing inspiration from the Cuban sugar cane brandy - aguardiente - of the nineteenth century, Eminente is deep, rich in aromas and great vitality; to be sipped alone, on the rocks, or in a cocktail, it combines the characteristics of a traditional young Cuban rum with the thickness of an aged variety.
