Franciacorta Extra Brut Rosé Millesimato by Barone Pizzini is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, from vineyards grabbed by the woods, transfuses into the glass notes of undergrowth such as currant and blueberry, as well as hints of rose. Sensual wine, with structure and balance interwoven in a persistent savory-acidic texture. Part of the Pinot Noir comes from the highest vineyard, Pian delle Viti, marginally lapped by the glacier. Each Edition is unique and unrepeatable vintage, an expression of the seasons that will never manifest themselves in the same way. Maturation 10 months in 70% stainless steel tanks and 30% exhausted barriques. Aging on the lees for 30 - 40 months. Organic wine, for maximum respect for the territory. Only substances of natural origin are used in the vineyard.

Barone Pizzini is to be counted among the historic cellars of Franciacorta, known and esteemed for the quality and reliability of its cuvées. Founded in Provaglio d'Iseo in 1870 by Baron Giulio Pizzini Piomarta Von Thurberg, the winery is now led by a group of passionate entrepreneurs from Brescia: Ugo Colombo, Piermatteo Ghitti and Silvano Brescianini. In 1998 it was the first winery in Franciacorta to embrace the cause of organic viticulture and today, alongside the pursuit of quality and excellence, the commitment to sustainable agriculture continues.
The vineyards of Barone Pizzini extend for a total of 47 hectares divided into 25 parcels between the municipalities of Provaglio, Corte Franca, Ado and Passirado. They are rooted at about 200 meters above sea level and on partly morainic soils, enriched by fluvioglacial depositions. The cultivation methods are organic and aim at the harmonious balance of the plant, the production of well-characterized grapes, a guarantee of quality and health for the consumer and the protection of the environment and the territory. The harvested grapes are conveyed and vinified in an ultra-modern cellar, built in 2006 according to environmentally friendly architectural criteria, equipped with photovoltaic panels and natural conditioning systems.
From the lively and rigorous activity of the Barone Pizzini winery comes a rich and extraordinary range of Franciacorta sparkling wines, all of great quality and inextricably linked to the territory. They are organic wines that preserve and communicate a great charm, a must for all lovers of bubbles.
