Spumante Alta Langa 'Viaventi' by Cordero di Montezemolo is part of that art of sparkling wine making typical of Piedmont's wine history, when in 1987 Giovanni Montezemolo, with the first foams, embarks on this path. The company has always purchased a few quintals of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir per year suitable for the production of the Classic Method from vineyards located in the highest parts (400 meters or more) of the Langa hills. The technique and style have evolved over the years but maintain the original desire to create a refined bubble suitable for the table at all times. After a slight passage in wood of the first fermentation, the wine is refermented in the bottle and here it rests on the lees for an average period of 4 or 5 years.
