Franciacorta Extra Brut Rosè Vintage by Terre d’Aenòr combines the elegance of Chardonnay and the body and structure of Pinot Noir. A bubble with important evolutionary potential and endowed with great personality. Characterized by a small sugar correction at the time of disgorgement, it expresses sensory characteristics linked exclusively to the quality of the grapes. Refines for 30 months on the yeasts. Soft foam and fine and persistent perlage, it is intense on the nose and reveals fruity aromas of red fruits and citrus fruits followed by vegetal aromas of tobacco and aromatic herbs. Fresh and delicate but strong taste, with a significant acid and savory support that stimulates salivation. To be paired with first courses and second courses of fish and meat with strong flavours.

Terre d'Aenòr was born as an innovative, young, modern project, which will lead to the creation of a new winery in Franciacorta, in Provaglio d'Iseo. In the meantime, a functional cellar has been set up, equipped with all the most modern equipment, in a proprietary structure, also in Provaglio d'Iseo. Terre d'Aenòr extends over 42 hectares and is estimated to produce 300,000 bottles per year.
The company uses a 100% pure organic method, both in the vineyard and in the cellar during the winemaking phase and only proprietary grapes are used. Terre d'Aenòr is a new winery but one that can count on the forty-year experience of the technical manager, Ermes Vianelli, who follows the entire agronomic and oenological part of the project, together with a team of young guys who collaborate with him. The owner of the winery is Eleonora Bianchi, a young woman who has decided to embrace this entrepreneurial challenge, with the desire to launch a new project characterized by qualitative excellence and innovation, with a distinctive personality.
