Spumante Blanc De Blancs Brut by Hoffmann & Rathbone is produced in Southern England, in Sussex overlooking the English Channel. Family-run winery that uses traditional methods but with an eye always turned to the future. Pure Chardonnay. The vineyards benefit from a moderate climate, thanks also to the influence of sea breezes. Manual harvest and delicate pressing. Fermentation in steel and a part in wood, the latter then added to the final must for a more marked structure. Refines in bottle for 40 months. PIntense notes of fresh fruit with citrus accents, which open into pleasant notes of white flowers and peach. A soft and round wine with excellent freshness. A "Champagne" from across the Channel.

Hoffmann & Rathbone is located in Mountfiled, East Sussex, in the wonderful countryside of Southern England. Hoffmann & Rathbone represents a new legacy and a new philosophy in the creation of Sparkling Wines founded on love, passion and commitment.
Hoffmann & Rathbone approaches wine creation in a modern and minimalist way. He creates his wines with great attention and care, harvesting only the ripest grapes, which are gently pressed to separate the juice from the skins. The magic of the transformation from a bunch of grapes to Sparkling Wines is purely a question of attention to detail and absolute care.
The extremely refined delicate flavor that distinguishes these Sparkling Wines is due to a perfect combination of art and patience. Ulrich Hoffmann brings a personal wealth of experience in winemaking and technology to be used in the vineyard, thanks to his international career which began 16 years ago in the prestigious Rolf-Willy winery in Baden-Wuttemberg, in Chateu de Fieuzal and Chateau Haut-Gardere in Bordeaux; passing through Artadi in Navarre, Cain Vineyards in Napa Valley, Bolney Estate in Sussex and Gusborne Estate in Kent. One of the wines he created was served at the Royal Barge during the Queen's Jubilee celebrations. Ulrich believes that sparkling wine creates special occasions. He has always loved the process of creating sparkling wines and in this area there is a perfect combination of cool climate, grape variety and soil. Ulrich together with his wife Birgit Rathbone by combining their names, have created a new legacy and a new brand, unique and wonderful.
