Rive di Rolle 'Vigna Ochera' by Andreola, "Le Rive" selection, is obtained from grapes from vineyards located at altitudes between 250 and 450 meters above sea level, such as to guarantee marked temperature variations. These ideal conditions enrich the Millesimato Dry with fragrant fruity notes and genuine pleasantness. The bubbles rise, numerous and very thin, to form a candid and creamy foam. The aromas are intact and clearly perceptible: orange blossom, wisteria, apple and peach, candied mandarin and orange, lychee, sweet spice and marzipan. In the mouth it spreads with great elegance and pleasantness, without flaws, direct and frank. Concert harmonies. Suitable for desserts without creams, perfect for offering sweet scenarios to challenging meditations.
