Trentodoc Riserva Dosaggio Zero 'Oro Rosso' by Cembra Cantina di Montagna is deep and creamy, the prized fruit of a territorial vocation that has been able to shape the rugged slopes of the Cembra Valley into a natural painting of rare beauty. It comes from Chardonnay grapes grown in porphyritic soils, the so-called Red Gold of the valley dwellers, a rock that gives flavour, minerality and extraordinary persistence. Aging on the lysis for approximately 6 months in stainless steel tanks and disgorgement after at least 48 months of aging in the bottle. Thick, fine and persistent perlage. Notes of ripe yellow fruit, followed by elegant notes of barley and pastry. When tasted it expresses an extraordinary verticality, minerality and flavor.

Cembra is located at 700 m above sea level: only two wineries in Italy are located higher. Born in 1952, through the courageous initiative of some winemakers who, over time and on the wave of enthusiasm, others were added until today, a number of around 300. It has always represented heroic viticulture: manual processing of approximately 900-1,000 hours per hectare and an average cultivation of two, maximum three hectares per farmer; all this in Trentino, on the impervious and typical terraces of the Cembra Valley. Valley set in the most important European porphyry basin, also known as the red gold of the valley dwellers, a rock that gives these high-altitude wines, both still and sparkling, three inimitable characteristics: extraordinary flavour, minerality and persistence. A triumph of tastes and aromas that reveal the wonders of this hidden world which still today preserves the best of the tradition and typical values of the Cembra Valley.
