'Strada Chiesa' is a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry by Varaschin that originates in San Pietro di Barbozza at 300 m above sea level. Vinified with the traditional Martinotti method at a controlled temperature, with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation with selected yeasts for at least 4 months. A very fine bubble, with a dense and creamy foam with intense and elegant aromas, with notes of Williams pear, acacia flowers and wisteria. On the palate it is soft, persuasive with a pleasant mineral note that ends with a slightly acidic line given by the Marnose lands of San Pietro di Barbozza that perfectly balance this wine. Excellent with appetizers, first courses and with second courses of white meat. Also suitable as an aperitif.
