'1930' is a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut by Varaschin that originates in San Pietro di Barbozza at 300 m above sea level. Vinified with the traditional Martinotti method at a controlled temperature, with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation with selected yeasts for at least 4 months. A fine and persistent bubble, with a silky foam and a delicate and fruity aroma with notes of white peach, rennet apple, wisteria flower and sweet lemon peel. On the palate it is soft, harmonious and finally savoury with a light acidic note given by the Marnose lands of San Pietro di Barbozza. Excellent with first courses, especially with risottos, and perfect as an aperitif.
