Fresh and light with hints of green apple, pears, grapes and tart. It is aged 12 years only in the best barrels and bottled without cold filtration, so all the original flavors remain inside. No caramel is added, so the color always matches the barrel of origin. An 'honest' single malt by Van Wees standards. Since the barrels are different every time, the character of the product can change constantly. Each bottle is numbered and all the details of the barrel are mentioned on the label.
