The Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 'Glen Moray' 1996 23 Years by The Whiskey Cellar is part of the highly selected and exclusive 'Private Cellars Selection' line. This delicate and mild whiskey with a soft and fruity style comes from the Glen Moray distillery in the Speyside area. Aged for 23 years in a single American Oak Barrel, it was distilled November 1996 and bottled in August 2020. The nose is nutty French pastry full of fruity and crumbly sweets, citrus peel and white chocolate. On the palate, brioche with butter, apple and cinnamon cake and sugary walnuts, the finish gives a delicate but persistent sensation of syrup and milky cereals. Only 115 bottles were produced.
