Riesling Spatlese 'Graacher Himmelreich' by Prum is a sweet white wine. Extroverted, lively and rich in fruit, it comes from the Graacher Himmelreich vineyard from vines over 40 years old. The Spatlese type corresponds to a late harvest, with a high degree of ripeness of the grapes, due to the Botrytis Cinerea. In the cellar the intervention is minimal: vinification and aging in steel. Pleasant citrus spectrum and hints of sweet notes and, subsequently, intense saline nuances. On the palate it is sweet, elegant, enveloping and fresh. Even slight spicy hints are perceptible. A Riesling characterized by a beautiful aromatic texture and with a sensational minerality, long and complex finish.

Johannes Joseph Prüm, aka JJ Prüm, is recognized worldwide as one of the most superlative German wines. For 400 years, the Prüm have cultivated vineyards on the Moselle in some of the most favorable soils along the entire river. Of the 22 hectares of land, all in enviable positions, a plot of 5 hectares excels, Wehlener Sonnenuhr, which takes its name from the Sundial that a brother of the great-great-grandfather of the current owner placed on this land in 1842. Entirely dedicated to Riesling, the vineyard della Meridiana gives life to the house's masterpieces, wines that have scored one hundred out of a hundred and reached prices of $ 1,000 per bottle. Valuable vineyards are also Graacher Himmelreich, Zeltinger Sonnenuhr, Bernkasteler Badstube, lands cultivated with great ecological awareness and mainly manual work linked to the prestigious tradition that has guaranteed many excellent results. Prüm begins to harvest when the others are running out. Fermentation in steel with natural yeasts, at very low temperatures, which also last until January. It does not use wood. An unrivaled elegance, the result of elective affinities between acidity, sweetness and spicy aromas. Wines that need a long aging, thus acquiring an incredible richness and depth of aromas. The wines have exceptional durability.
