Pinot Bianco by Gilfenstein is made from Guyot-trained vines on clayey soils with moraine pebbles with porphyry sediments, at a height of 500 meters above sea level, in Alto Adige. Once ripe, the grapes are processed in a controlled atmosphere to preserve their aromatic component. Aromatic bouquet with fruity notes of apple delight and quince jelly, but also herbal aromas such as green tea. Mineral veils and a touch of graphite are noticeable. When tasted it presents a bitterish nuance in the aftertaste, velvety, fresh and elegant which blends into a harmoniously full flavor and persists.
