Chablis 1er Cru 'Vaillons' by Denis Race is a Chablis of great elegance and finesse. It comes from one of the most suitable areas in all of France: Burgundy. In the 18 hectares of vineyards owned by the family, aged between 5 and 65 years, this Chablis of great elegance and finesse is born. The grapes, carefully harvested during the harvest phase, once arrived in the cellar are vinified in steel, where they ferment and mature for 12 months. Exotic bouquet of tropical fruit on the nose with a touch of flint, elegant texture, soft, fresh, very long on the palate. Wine of rare pleasantness.

Domaine Denis Race has been located in the heart of Chablis for 4 generations and the 18 hectares of vineyards owned by the family - aged between 5 and 65 years - have their roots in clayey-limestone soils with a chalky substrate. Located halfway between Paris and Dijon, Chablis is the northernmost appellation of Burgundy, a terroir where Chardonnay reigns supreme in 4200 hectares spread over 20 municipalities on the sides of the Serein river. From 1979 to today, Denis, with his wife Laurence and daughter Claire, have built the style of the Domaine by declining the expressions of the vineyard in 4 cuvées: Petit Chablis, Village, 1er Cru and Grand Cru, for a total of 90,000 bottles. The wines are pure voice of the Chablis: finesse, tension, pleasant freshness, savory minerality, precision and charm.
