Sauvignon Blanc 'Insight' by Vinultra is made in one of the most beautiful and suitable terroirs for wine production in the southern hemisphere, the Marlborough region, in New Zealand, on the East Coast of the Waihopai Valley. Pure grapes from the vine of the same name, the result of the selection of a single vineyard, aimed at enhancing the innate union with the Marlborough terroir. Cryomaceration of the must and fermentation in refrigerated steel tanks, aging for a few months on the fine lees in steel containers. Here is a tropical, exotic and very fine white. Intense bouquet of exotic fruit and flowers. Mango, papaya, lichi and passion fruit, white pepper, ginger and lemon. A taste of unsuspected finesse, which balances the aromatic exuberance of the type with its measured freshness.

Vinultra is located in Marlborough, in one of the richest, most loved and best-known wine-growing areas of New Zealand on a global level. The cultivated vines are the renowned Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir (choice vines of this area) as well as Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. Marlborough is located in the northernmost area of the South Island on the east coast. It is the largest wine-growing region in New Zealand with approximately 22,000 hectares of vineyards in total and boasts very particular pedoclimatic conditions, completely favorable to viticulture with generally long and dry summers, intense daylight, cool and windy nights, ideal conditions for obtaining a perfect ripening of the grapes which will give wines with strong aromatic hints and intense flavours. The wines are produced from individual vineyards located on undulating river terraces, each with a particular soil composition that distinguishes them.
