Sauvignon Blanc by Isolabella della Croce is an excellent white wine with a strong character. This is the highest vineyard of the company, cultivated at 540m a.s.l. characterized by strong temperature variations in the months of August and September. The must is transferred to the Vinooxygen® winemaker which allows all phases to be carried out without ever decanting the wine until bottling, in order to preserve all its aromas and minimize the use of sulphites. Marked hints of white flowers, followed by notes of exotic fruit. Fresh, mineral, savory as befits a high hill wine with good structure and persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to typically savory preparations or for a fish-based meal.

Company was set from the Isolabella della Croce family's passion for Loazzolo, an enchanting village set in a natural amphitheater at more than 500 m. a.s.l. The vines are immersed in the woods and thus preserved from the scorching summer heat, with the night offering thermal excursions of up to fifteen degrees. The main production is focused on the Barbera grape, declined in the two DOCGs of Nizza and Barbera d'Asti Superiore. Moscato d'Asti also finds its natural expression in these places, flanked by two wines of international character, such as Pinot Noir and Sauvignon, on which the company has focused in recent years.
