'Zymbra' by Cembra Cantina di Montagna contains the most identifying vines of the Cembra Valley: Müller Thurgau, Riesling and Chardonnay. It embodies the essence of the Valley and comes from the most suitable mountain vineyards. In order to enhance the intrinsic characteristics of the varieties and give voice to the soul of the territory, Zymbra is vinified in stainless steel tanks and, for a small part, in French oak barrels for 24 months. Proud and authentic, a tale of innate resilience and fearless elegance on the palate. Incredibly rich and complex bouquet: exotic and tropical notes combine with aromas of ripe mountain fruit. When tasted, the extraordinary salinity - representative of the territory of origin - the innate finesse and timeless elegance stand out.

Cembra is located at 700 m above sea level: only two wineries in Italy are located higher. Born in 1952, through the courageous initiative of some winemakers who, over time and on the wave of enthusiasm, others were added until today, a number of around 300. It has always represented heroic viticulture: manual processing of approximately 900-1,000 hours per hectare and an average cultivation of two, maximum three hectares per farmer; all this in Trentino, on the impervious and typical terraces of the Cembra Valley. Valley set in the most important European porphyry basin, also known as the red gold of the valley dwellers, a rock that gives these high-altitude wines, both still and sparkling, three inimitable characteristics: extraordinary flavour, minerality and persistence. A triumph of tastes and aromas that reveal the wonders of this hidden world which still today preserves the best of the tradition and typical values of the Cembra Valley.
