Muscaris by Col Paré is a PiWi wine (Pilzwiederstandfähig, resistant to cryptogams) obtained from pure Muscaris grapes. It is produced in just 6 hectares of vineyards where the company exclusively vinifies its own harvest. From this particular vine we obtain a wine with fruity aromas with notes of orange, lemon and wisteria flowers. Fresh and extremely pleasant that pairs very well with fish dishes and aromatic dishes, even desserts with creams.

Col Paré is located among the UNESCO World Heritage hills, in the small village of Arfanta, a hamlet of the municipality of Tarzo. The company was founded in 1986 when grandfather Domenico, a winemaker on these “shores”, decided to personally vinify the grapes produced, passionately creating wines characterized by a strong identity. Since then, the company has constantly evolved and updated thanks first to his son Aldo, and today continues with his grandson Andrea, who adds entrepreneurial skills and technical knowledge to the never forgotten passion for these splendid hills. The company consists of about 10 hectares of vineyards and exclusively vinifies its own harvest. From work in the vineyard to bottling, each processing phase is followed with passion, to guarantee the consumer the highest quality of the product. In addition to the good wine, which you can taste in our cellar, from here you can enjoy a wonderful panorama, with a thousand shades in every month of the year, an ideal place to spend peaceful and relaxing weekends and, for enthusiasts, take beautiful walks among vineyards, meadows and chestnut groves.
